Comprehensive e-commerce redesign and performance optimization for 14 Shopware 5 shops with WordPress blog integration. The project included a complete UI/UX redesign in Figma, massive blog optimizations, and technical performance improvements. The core goal was to modernize the shop landscape and drastically improve blog performance. The Lighthouse score was increased from 40 to over 90 points, accessibility was significantly improved, and the user experience was optimized across all devices. The shops were made fully responsive, unnecessary CSS code was removed, and modern web standards were implemented. The WordPress blog was optimized from the ground up: image compression, lazy loading, critical CSS, minified JavaScript bundles, and optimized database queries. Today, the blog reaches several thousand readers per month - a direct result of the optimization measures.
